“The break-up of the Ottoman Empire was followed by nationalistic phenomena in the Middle East. Both Jews and Arabs established active, nationalistic movements. The Arabs saw Zionism as their archenemy.

“What was the Farhud?
The Farhud was a horrific pogrom of violence against the Jews of Baghdad which broke out on June 1st, 1941, during the Jewish holiday of Shavuot. This violence towards the Jews lasted for two days. Jews Indigenous to the Middle East and North Africa
Jews are not “settlers” in the Land of Israel, we are the indigenous population. Palestinian freedom begins with education!
