The National Geographic so-called \u201cIndigenous of Palestine\u201d \u2013 meaning, when worded correctly, the Indigenous peoples of the Levant (plural deliberate) of the ancient BCE period \u2013 were the Canaanites. The Canaanites were the peoples of Ammon, Edom, Judah-Israel, Moab (from where Jews originate as a unique Indigenous people), and what the Greeks generically called the Phoenician people from afar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The effort to call the ancient Indigenous peoples of Canaan \u201cPalestinians\u201d is done to erase all Canaan peoples \u2013 and, especially, the last and only STILL surviving people of ancient Canaan, \u201cthe Jews\u201d \u2013 to reduce the \u201coriginal\u201d Canaanites down to just the Phoenician people of Canaan. Thus, all other Canaan peoples \u2013 and, especially, \u201cthe Jews\u201d \u2013 were invading settlers upon ancient \u201cPalestinian territories\u201d, rather than engaging in indigenous wars over boundaries for peace and security for our nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More so, all Canaan peoples \u2013 including \u201cthe Jews\u201d, the \u201cIsraelites\u201d \u2013 shared the same Canaan pantheon of the gods and goddesses, spoke mutually intelligible dialects of the Canaanite language, shared the same broad generic history of ancient Canaan, and developed their cultures from the proto-Canaanite language speaking people that we ALL mutually are \u201cdirect\u201d descendants of \u2013 full easily verifiable historical facts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spreading modern history revisionist disinformation in as many places as possible is the European and Arab Colonizers\u2019 primary weapon in this social media age. It is being done to turn their racistly violent colonial conquests for the ruling dominionism of Allah, Christ and, now, Marx upon all lands into \u201cIndigenous\u201d history that is in resistance to ACTUAL Indigenous peoples\u2019 resistance to their settler Colonialism!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ham, son of Noah, was considered the progenitor of the African peoples; Ham\u2019s brother Shem the progenitor of the Semitic peoples; and the third brother, Japheth, the progenitor of the peoples of central and eastern Asia. Curiously, the biblical [meaning, Judahite-Israelite] writers saw the Phoenicians, who, like them, spoke a Semitic language [a mutually intelligible dialect of Canaanite], as descending from Ham rather than Shem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Christians, Muslims, and Marxists would be daily HATING upon \u201cthe Moabs\u201d (like so many colonial and colonized humans feel about \u201cthe Jews\u201d) for being so obstinate a Canaan indigenous people, who are refusing to assimilate \u2013 and are NOT defeatable! The Christians who un-Moabite-d Jesus to turn him into a Roman god-in-flesh, would still be trying to convert all Moabites into Christians, in order to justify their appropriated claim to Moabian people\u2019s ancestors, our ancestral writings (\u201cthe Bible\u201d, \u201cOld Testament\u201d), and our sacred land of Zion (Moabite Judea and Samaria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus would be the son of Chemosh (not \u201cJehovah\u201d, \u201cYahweh\u201d) who died to save individual humans from pre-destined born in original sin \u2013 thus evil from birth and needing a human god sacrifice for personal salvation. If not, damnation in an eternal \u201cHell\u201d for the crime of being a human that refuses to accept the resurrected son of Chemosh (unless you\u2019re a religiously acceptable Moabite) \u2013 because this absolutist Christian religious theology is for all of humankind!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to Christian colonization, the Arabs of Arabia would still have created their religion of Islam, murdered the Moabites (think \u201cJews\u201d) living in Mecca and Medina in the 7th century CE, and began their multi-continent Caliphate conquests to turn all human beings into Shari\u2019a law observant Muslims. And, Arabs and Europeans and their successfully Islamized\/Christianized would still be battling over ruling dominionism of Southwest Asia\u2019s Indigenous peoples\u2019 sacred ancestral lands to this very day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporters of the pro-Palestinian colonist\u2019s \ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddef\ud83c\uddf4\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddfe\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf6 ruling dominionism upon Southwest Asia, as established after World War 1 by the British \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 and French \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 nations for the Arabian Hashemite family of Hejaz \ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf8, would still be calling Moabites \u201cEuropean colonizers\u201d of our own Canaan people\u2019s native land \ud83e\udeac\ud83d\udd4e\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf1\u270a\ud83c\udffc \u2013 justifying this on so many Moabites being forcibly displaced as refugees into, mostly, European diaspora nations, through violent Greco-Roman conquest \u2013 and calling Arab Islamic colonizers the \u201cindigenous\u201d of the lands they have violently colonized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Moabites that gave this world the Savior\/Prophet Jesus of Nazareth in the land of Moab would STILL be forced to decolonize our sacred ancestral land in 1948 \u2013 for the LITERAL survival and self-determining sovereignty of our people upon Zion, our Moabite people\u2019s Canaan land of Israel! The non-Moabite Palestinians, with the help of the Europeans, would still create their fictional 4,000 year history of Palestine to erase the legitimate Indigenous land rights of the Moabite people upon Zion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of hatred towards Jews, it would be hatred towards Moabs. We call on \u201c\u2026 all the people of Israel to support our request and rebuild the great Jewish community Hebron \u2026 For the holiness of our nation and for our establishment on this land, we are required not to let the blood of our brothers be spilled in vain: we have a duty as the people of Israel to respond to this call by rebuilding and reestablishing the city of the patriarchs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1931 the Jewish settlement of Hebron was resumed and the rabbi who bravely lead that community was Sephardic Rabbi Ben-Zion Cuenca. He lived in Hebron until 1936. That year the violent conflicts were renewed and the Jews had to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we Jews WANT is to be a pacifist \u201clight\u201d towards a human world that resembles our Indigenous people\u2019s values. But, the world around our Canaan indigenous Jewish people \u2013 both upon eretz yisrael and throughout the diasporas \u2013 REFUSE to allow us even this! The path to peace and security for any and all STILL surviving Indigenous Peoples is ONLY attained through the Torah in one hand and the sword\/firearm in the other hand!!! I refuse to own a weapon, but I refuse to be defenceless at the very same time. I WILL train myself to take a weapon of death from an attacker who is bent on terror and USE this weapon against this attacker for our COLLECTIVE survival!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In times of war, like daily in Israel, I will carry a weapon daily to do the Indigenous warrior\u2019s duty \u2013 to ensure pikuach nefesh, the sanctity of every human life, my own and those around me. (For our family this tragedy brought back the horrific memory of when three young tankists were given a furlough and on the way out of Gaza their jeep hit a mine. Every death leaves a penetrating scar in the hearts of every member of this close \u2014 knit community. It is a wound that with time one learns to suppress, but it never goes away. They will always be in our minds, at times at the forefront and at times buried beneath the surface \u2014 but always there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday\u2019s tragic events reignited a serious debate about weapons possession within the chareidi community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As is well known, yesterday morning two terrorists opened fire on a Jerusalem bus, killing six innocent people. An even greater tragedy, however, was averted by the presence of mind \u2014 and firearm \u2014 of an armed chareidi man who gunned down the perpetrators before they could continue their rampage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This shocking episode has sparked intense soul-searching. On the one hand, the argument in favor seems heartbreakingly clear: in the brutal reality of today\u2019s Israel, a gun can mean the difference between life and death. On the other hand, there is a long rabbinic tradition deeply wary of weaponry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the infamous 1929 Hebron massacre \u2014 when Arab rioters slaughtered 67 Jews, including dozens of yeshiva students \u2014 one leading rabbinic voice cautioned against turning to firearms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere will be riots in Hebron, and yet again there will be riots in Hebron. But the yeshiva student must not bear arms. For greater is he who leads another to sin than he who takes his life. How much ruin and desolation have been wrought upon us through the embrace of the rifle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those words still echo. They remind us that the question is not merely tactical or practical, but moral and spiritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not an easy question. I find myself deeply conflicted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were my Israeli children to consult me, I would sadly and reluctantly enthusiastically counsel them to train, obtain a license, and acquire a firearm. Given the current matzav, one must sometimes set aside lofty ideals for the sake of family safety and well-being. And yet, the thought of my children and grandchildren living daily in the shadow of such a lethal tool would weigh heavily on me \u2014 and scare me tremendously. Danger would become a constant presence in the home. They would perhaps be much safer while out on the street, but much less safer while at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Practically speaking, it is not a question they would ever ask. They will make their own choices \u2014 thank God.)\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
