[Note, we also embrace, by Jewish community \u05de\u05e0\u05d4\u05d2 minhag, a community \u201ccustom\u201d that does not carry the force of Jewish indigenous law and is, thus, not considered mandatory by all Jews upon the land of Israel and throughout the worldwide diasporas.]<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is the traditional third (3rd) requirement of being an Indigenous people? To those Indigenous peoples most insular and resistant to historical changes through settler Colonialism and Imperialism, it\u2019s keeping true to the \u201cGod\u201d or \u201cGods\u201d of your Indigenous people\u2019s ethno-religious \u201cheritage\u201d (we quote mark here, because this word \u201cheritage\u201d has become a bad word of choice, since WW2\u2019s rise of worldwide Marxist propaganda and Christian\/Muslim responsive distortions to the plain meaning of this word).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Though, Jews faithfully fulfill all three (3) requirements \u2013 because we are \u201cthe Jews\u201d \ud83d\udd4e\ud83e\udeac and are the first (1st) colonized for colonial Allah \u262a\ufe0f and Christ \u271d\ufe0f proselytization across the entire planet Earth \ud83c\udf0d\ud83c\udf0e \u2013 and we are demanded upon by our Canaan land\u2019s national G-d, Y-HWH, to be monolatrous to only formless Y-HWH as the people of the soil, of our Canaan land of Israel \ud83d\udd4e\ud83e\udeac\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We Jews DON\u2019T care what \u201cGod\u201d that non-Jews believe in! Iraqi tribal leader and former MP Sheikh Adnan Al-Danbous discussed the tribal connections between Iraqis and clans in the Gulf during an October 10, 2024 show uploaded to Al-Mutalee Media on YouTube. After a year of deliberations, on March 27, 2025, Israel\u2019s High Court of Justice rejected the petition submitted by human rights organizations regarding Israel\u2019s humanitarian obligations toward Gaza. The petition called on the court to order Israel to allow free and rapid passage of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, to increase the volume of aid, and to provide aid to the population, under its duty as an occupying power in Gaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The court ruled as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 The laws of occupation (belligerent occupation) do not apply to Israel, as it doesn\u2019t have effective control over the Gaza Strip; instead, Hamas continues to exercise governmental power there. As a result, Israel is not considered an occupying power in Gaza and is not obligated to provide aid to the population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Israel does, however, bear humanitarian obligations as a party to an armed conflict, which require it to allow and facilitate humanitarian aid into Gaza. These obligations are derived from the laws of war and Israeli law and are subject to military constraints and the humanitarian situation on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Israel has met its obligations by allowing aid into Gaza throughout the months of war. It has facilitated the entry of humanitarian goods, coordinated with aid organizations, and has not restricted food supplies into Gaza\u2014even during active fighting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three important points arise from the ruling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First, the court refrained from reviewing the legality of the government\u2019s decision to stop humanitarian aid and the electricity sales to Gaza since the fighting resumed on March 2, 2025. According to the court, this decision fell outside the scope of the current ruling as it was made after the ruling had been written and significantly changed the factual and legal basis of the petition. This allowed the government to delay aid further and provided the court additional time before needing to rule on the issue in a separate petition\u2014should aid to the Strip not resume. It should be noted that a separate petition regarding the supply of electricity has already been submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Second, if Israel decides to reoccupy Gaza, it is important to understand the significant implications and obligations associated with the move, as clearly outlined in the ruling. The court will find it increasingly challenging to overlook any violations by Israel of its obligations as an \u201coccupying power.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, even if the ruling does not assist Israel in upholding the principle of complementarity and blocking the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, it may still help counter accusations that Israel is preventing aid and starving the population in the legal proceedings against it in the courts in The Hague.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1967, the same Arab colonial nations \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddef\ud83c\uddf4\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddfe\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf6 again tried to end Israeli decolonized sovereignty, again lost, and Israel regained her Arab-occupied decolonized land back (the \u201cnaksa\u201d period). Creating fictional history that reverses easily verifiable historical facts in order to declare Israel \ud83d\udd4e\ud83e\udeac\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf1 as the \u201coccupier\u201d of pan-Arab settlers and terrorists upon decolonized Israel is utterly a Colonial thing to do!
